We are less than 24 hours away from the 2nd Annual Cecil County Car Show With a Cop! We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow at the Maryland State Police JFK Highway Barrack located at 15 Turnpike Drive, Perryville, MD. We have some incredible surprises, give-a-ways, awards and more for our community! We have over 50 law enforcement vehicles, equipment, and personnel that will be on display from across the state and north east region, in additional to awesome vehicles entries from our community and those surrounding!

Despite the weather challenges we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure we still have an incredibly successful show! We appreciate the community's support and flexibility with the date change to ensure we have a great day!

Please spread the word and get ready for a day of fun and awesome experiences with your local law enforcement and first responders while raising money for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford and Cecil Counties! Check-in / registration will be from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and the show will run from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM!

***RAIN DATE CHANGE*** After closely analyzing the upcoming weekend weather forecast, the decision has been made to move the 2nd Annual Cecil County Car Show With A Cop to the rain date of Sunday April 26, 2026. Additionally, we have adjusted the times to allow for the ground to dry and optimal weather and community attendance. The check-in /set-up time will now be between 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and the event will run from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. The location will remain the same at the Maryland State Police JFK Highway Barrack located at 15 Turnpike Drive, Perryville, MD 21903.

We apologize for the date change and inconvenience, but sincerely hope you can still attend this event and we look forward to having you join us! This event would not be successful without all the amazing community and first responders who come out to support this cause! If you have already registered, you do not need to submit a new form. ***The Maryland State Police North East Barrack is aware and monitoring the potential for rain in the area on Saturday April 25, that has the potential to negatively impact the scheduled Cecil County Car Show With a Cop. As such a weather decision will be made and posted by the end of the day tomorrow, April 23.

If the decision to move the event is made, the rain date of Sunday April 26, 2026 will be used. We want to give as much notice as possible to those participating and attending the event to make it as successful as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to another successful event this weekend***

The Maryland State Police 2nd Annual Car Show With A Cop is officially less than one week away! We are so excited for our annual event on Saturday April 25th, 2026 from 10:00AM - 3:00PM located at the MSP JFK Highway Barrack at 15 Turnpike Drive, Perryville, MD 21903.

We will have over 50 law enforcement vehicles and equipment and over 100 citizen vehicle entries so far! Additionally, the Maryland State Police will be joined by Troopers from the Virginia State Police, Delaware State Police, and New York State Police as well as surrounding Town and County Departments.

Awards, prizes, and special gifts for the first 100 entries will all be given out upon arrival as well as food trucks, games, and music hosted by WXCY radio! Spread the word to family and friends, you won't want to miss this awesome event benefiting the Boys and Girls Clubs of Harford and Cecil Counties!

Day in and day out these professional provide vital links between 9-1-1 callers and our Troopers in the field! Thank you for all you do and how hard you work contributing to the safety and security of our law enforcement and our community!

We are just three weeks away from our 2nd Annual Cecil County Car Show With A Cop benefitting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford & Cecil Counties and want to share some exciting news! The first 100 vehicle entries will receive a decalled pint glass donated by the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 69 as well as a custom-made dash plaque donated by Elite Espantoons! There will be several other surprise gifts for participants in addition to trophy presentations judged by the Boys & Girls Clubs for the following categories: Best in Show, Best Vintage Cruiser, Best Hot Rod, Best Original Car!

We have lots of games, demenstrations and food & beverage vendors lined up for a day filled with excitement and fun! Not to mention, not only one, but two, law enforcement helicopters landing on-site and much more! Mark your calenders now, Saturday April 25th is right around the corner!

The Maryland State Police North East Barrack was proud to participate in the annual Chesapeake City St. Patrick’s Day Parade over the weekend. We combined “old school with new school” showing off our retired 2010 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and our current issued 2023 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor.

We thank the community for such a great time and look forward to seeing you all next year. As a reminder, today is St. Patrick’s Day ☘️, however you choose to celebrate, please do so responsibility. Have a plan, have a ride, and stay safe!
