Attention North Creek Residents: We will be doing routine Fire Hydrant Flushing throughout the Water Distribution System beginning the week of May 18, 2026.
Residents may experience:
• Temporary discoloration of water
• Reduced water pressure
• Air in water lines
The water remains safe to use and drink; however, residents are advised to avoid doing laundry during flushing operations, as discolored water may stain clothing.
If discoloration occurs:
• Run cold water from a faucet until the water clears
• Check water clarity before using hot water or washing clothes
Hydrant flushing is an important maintenance procedure that helps:
• Maintain water quality
• Verify hydrant operation
• Remove sediment from water mains
• Ensure adequate fire protection
We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this necessary maintenance
