Nearly 25 years after taking his own oath of enlistment at Pittsburgh MEPS, Army Capt. Nathaniel “Nate” Wilson now administers that same oath to future service members.
From enlisting in the Navy to transitioning to the Army and commissioning as an officer, his career reflects resilience, growth and the power of second chances.
His story is a reminder that there is no single path to service, but every journey begins with a decision.

Teamwork in action 💪

In a 50th birthday themed fitness competition at our leadership conference last week, our military and civilian teammates came together for a little friendly competition and a lot of camaraderie. From push-ups and squats to runs, kettlebell carries and even a tug-of-war, the energy was high and the teamwork even higher.

Events like this remind us that no matter the mission, we succeed together. Different roles but one team and a shared commitment to finishing the mission.
