Gary Nickerson gave a wonderful talk on the artifacts from the excavation of William and Anne Nickerson's ca. 1664 homestead in Chatham. The talk at the Eldredge Public Library was in conjunction with a month-long display of artifacts at the library. We hope you will come see the artifacts at the Caleb Nickerson Homestead - Chatham starting on our opening day, June 10. A docent will be on hand through Oct. 14 on Wednesdays from 10 to 1, Thursdays from noon to 4; and Fridays from 11 to 2.

Happy Halloween! As the cold weather comes upon us, here's a reminder that we're hosting our annual Mitten Tree at the Hearthside Holiday Party at the Caleb Nickerson Homestead on Sat., Dec. 6 from 1 to 4.
