Charleston County Board of Voter Registration and Elections The Board also serves as a resource for election support for Municipal Election Commissions.

Mission Statement: To daily serve the Charleston County voting constituency with Vigilance, Objectivity, and Transparency in a manner that promotes due diligence and Excellence in all aspects of Elections Management. The Charleston County Board of Voter Registration and Elections is responsible for conducting all county, state, and federal elections that are held in Charleston County. The nine-member Charleston County Board of Voter Registration and Elections is appointed by the Governor upon the recommendation of the Charleston County Legislative Delegation. An Executive Director is appointed by the Board to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Charleston County Board of Voter Registration and Elections Office.

It’s time to vote! We’re excited to reveal the finalists in our 2026 “I Voted!” Sticker Design Contest!

Students from across our county submitted dozens of incredible designs. Now, we need your help to determine the winners.

How to vote:

👍 Like, ❤️ Love, or 😮 Wow your favorite(s). Each reaction counts as a vote!

Voting will be open until Friday, September 18, 2025 at 12 p.m.

Winning designs will come to life as special “I Voted!” stickers. These will be distributed for a limited time during early voting this fall!
