As many of you have heard, the Catasauqua Summer Program recently had supplies vandalized and damaged.

After learning about the incident, we reached out to see how we could help. With a team effort between the North Catasauqua Police Association, the Catasauqua Fire Department, and the North Catasauqua Fire Department, we were able to obtain a list of needed items and quickly begin restocking their supplies.

This is just a small example of what can be accomplished when organizations come together to support our community. We hope these donations help the staff continue providing a fun, safe, and positive summer experience for the children in the program.

We wish everyone involved a great summer and appreciate all they do for our local youth.

Additional donations can be dropped off at 90 Bridge St Catasauqua Pa 18032.

A Dream Brought to Reality

What started as a project with no funding quickly turned into something much bigger in less than a year.

We’ve officially created a 24/7 fitness facility for local first responders.

This gym is now open to:
• Catasauqua Police & Fire Department
• North Catasauqua Police & Fire Department
• Northampton Regional EMS

The goal was simple, give the people who protect our community a place to train, stay healthy, and stay ready for the job.

The best part? This entire project came together through community support and donations.

When the YMCA closed, they generously donated ALL of their gym equipment, which helped make this vision possible. We also want to thank Grove St. Pub & Grill, whose donation of over $2,000 allowed us to purchase brand-new rubber flooring for the facility.

Police officers, firefighters, and public works employees all stepped up to help clean, paint, move equipment, and transform an empty garage bay into something that will benefit first responders for years to come.

This project is a great example of what can happen when initiative and community support come together.

We were also able to share additional equipment with East Allen Fire Department and Egypt Fire Department, helping even more first responders in the area.

Again a huge THANK YOU to the River Crossing YMCA.

Also a huge THANK YOU to both boroughs for allowing public works to assist, every firefighter and police officer who helped along the way, and Grove St. Pub & Grill for supporting this project.

Check out the before, during, and after!

Don’t listen to these other departments and quit worrying about that ex!

Does your current significant other have a warrant, questionable side hustles, or a “business owner” title that seems a little unofficial? 👀

But you’re giving them until Valentine’s Day to prove they’ve changed?

You’re hoping for:
💐 Flowers
🍫 Chocolate
📱 A sweet text

Hey we respect the optimism and believe in second chances.

If they fumble Valentine’s Day and your heart, don’t worry we’ll be here for you on the 15th 😉

And if all else fails, maybe one of our officers can be your Valentine. 💘

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
If they can’t follow the law or be loyal to you
Chances are we’ve dealt with them too. 🚔

Be honest, are they getting another chance or are we your backup plan?

To the driver who passed a stopped school bus:
Yes, the cameras work.
Yes, we saw it.
Yes, we’ll talk soon.

To everyone else:
When the bus stops, you stop. Let’s keep our kids safe.
