North Catasauqua William J. Albert Memorial Park North Catasauqua Park and Playground The North Catasauqua Park and Playgroud is located at 701 Grove Street. The Rec.

The borough celebrated the opening of the Park which is built on 4 acres of land purchased from Northampton County on June 14, 1947. At the time, the park included a war memorial, playground equipment, a baseball diamond, and 95 Sycamore trees. The park quickly became a popular spot for recreation. The pavilion at North Catty Park is the perfect place for your family reunion or graduation party. P

ark activities are organized by the North Catty Recreation Committee and financed by the running of our ever popular Snack Stand. Committee holds community events during the summer months such as concerts, family nights, recreational sport leagues, arts and craft program and afternoon wiffleball. Every November, the Sunday after Thanksgiving for the past 50 years the Boro Tree Lighting Ceremony has been held in the park.
