Hi all! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while but I decided not to run this year. This is due to issues that have prevented me from going to school board meetings to stay in the know and getting on the ballot in time.

I do want to run, but only when I have the time to go to board meetings and get up to speed. With all the extras I have taken on (finishing my PhD, kids activities, & leadership in scouts) alongside taking care of my elderly parents, I just haven’t kept up with things.

Hopefully, the next election cycle for school board will be the time for me!

Hoover high school choirs performed at our Christmas dinner at the Windsor tonight! Beautiful performance! Thank you so much! It was very much enjoyed!

Wow! Mr. Beery and the Hoover Choirs blew me away last night! What a fantastic concert! This photo is from the part where he invited all Hoover Choir Alumni to the stage to sing Hallelujah. Just amazing!

I like to see things positively and 266 people remembering to write in my name is nothing short of a victory! I want to be your voice on the school board, so next time I will start campaigning early enough to be on the ballot! Thank you for your support. Next time we will get that board seat!

Loving this chance to recharge and relax! What are you planning for the four day weekend? Family fun? Taking charge of those tasks? Catching up on sleep, or chores? Whatever the case, don’t forget the election is right around the corner!
