Today is June 6, 2026, marking the 82nd anniversary of D-Day and the historic Allied landings on the beaches of Normandy in 1944. Across France, the United States, and the UK, governments and communities are hosting events to honor the heroes who helped liberate Europe from N**i occupation.

Join us for an evening of community in celebration of 250 years of the United States!

5-7pm: Free activities including inflatables, kayaking, souvenirs, & more.

Food trucks will be available throughout the park. Feel free to bring your own spread and enjoy our shelter houses.

7pm: Findlay Civic Concert Band will perform in the bandshell in honor of their 75th season!

🇺🇸 The Hancock County Veterans Service Office will be closed on Monday, May 25 in honor of Memorial Day.

We encourage everyone to take time to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country ❤️🤍💙
