Lil August Library We're part of the Little Free Library Network: Charter #:176334. We have books for all in our community. Kids will generally find smaller prizes or toys.

Stop by & take a book or 2. Give your old books a 2nd (or 3rd life) by adding them here for others! Lil August Library holds books for all in our community. Our younger community members will generally find smaller prizes and toys they can take home! Please feel free to stop by and take a book or two. When you finish books you loved, give them a second (or third life) by adding them to the library

Today marks the first day of the Long Island Little Free Library Loop!!

Here’s how it works:

🗺️ Visit the participating Little Free Libraries
📖 Leave a book and Take a book
🔎 Scan the library’s QR code to check in & fill out the form
🎟️ Every library visit is one raffle entry
🎖️ The winner will receive a $25 gift certificate to The Wandering Page Mobile Bookshop and a blind date with a book
🏁 The form closes on July 31st and the winner will be announced on August 1st
📸 Feel free to post your visit, tag the libraries on instagram and add the hashtag — feeling excited.
