We are happy to announce Intermediate & Advanced Basketball Training. These sessions are for players who want to enhance their personal skill set.

These sessions will be lead by Coach Tom Patterson, former college and FIBA Head Coach. Coach P is currently the Director/Head Coach for 238 Basketball Academy and brings over 25 years of experience in the game.

Gramma, Grampa, Mom, Dad... Tell me about YOU!

Here's an opportunity to leave a little bit of YOU for your descendants. This fluid and lively class will use various means for you to do this. We can start with probing questions about memories and/or family members. We can use basic pen and paper and/or other various digital means. We can also examine various types of writing forms and then follow that format for your own memories. Whatever we do, you will have the opportunity to leave the legacy of YOU for your children, grandchildren, and other loved ones.

Please bring a notebook and/or journal along with a pen/pencil. If you'd like, bring a laptop, chromebook, or tablet.

This 8 session workshop meets on Wednesday mornings from 10:00 - 11:30.
Scheduled dates: Sept. 23, 30, Oct. 14, 21, 28, Nov. 18, 25, Dec. 9 (Dec. 16 additional day if necessary)
Time: 10 am - 11:30 am
Location: Phelps Lane Pool Building, Blue Room

Today the Town of Babylon pauses to honor and remember the memory of the nearly 3,000 victims who were taken from us on Tuesday, September 11, 2001, including forty-eight of our friends and neighbors from Babylon Township.
We also honor and remember those who have passed away since that day as a result of the selfless bravery they exhibited by providing emergency response services in the aftermath of the brazen attack on our freedom.
We will never forget.

Join us for our annual Fall Festival that will take place at Tanner Park on Saturday, October 17th from 3pm to 6pm. All your favorite activities are back including the hayride, pumpkin picking, face painting and more! SouthBound will take the stage to perform live. Wowing crowds for over a decade, this four piece tour de force captivates and enthralls crowds with their showmanship, talent and positive energy.

Be sure to stick around around after the Fall Festival for a viewing of Monsters, Inc. under the stars!🌟 Movie will begin at 6pm. Don't forget to bring your lawn chairs and blankets to sit on!

The sun has set on another amazing summer!☀ We hope everyone had a blast!

***As a reminder***
~All pools and spray parks are closed for the season.
~There will be no lifeguards on duty if you choose to visit one of our town beaches.
~ A beach permit will still be required to enter Cedar Beach Marina & Campground until Columbus Day.

The Men of Soul is a dynamic cover band breathing new life into the timeless sounds of 70s, 80s, & 90s soul music. This talented ensemble transports audiences back in time with their electrifying renditions of classic hits from iconic soul bands of the era. We hope to see you there! Have you ever wondered what the garden would look like with the lights on? Well you are in luck! September 17th the Carlls River Botanical Garden will stay open until 8pm. Wear something bright or white to match the lights and bring a flashlight too! There will be a garden tour at 6:00pm. Looking forward to seeing you there.
