Residents are advised that Richards Memorial Library, as well as the Solid Waste Department office and Recycling Center, will also be closed on Friday, June 19. There will be no delay to curbside trash and recycling collection.

Get rewarded for your summer reading at the Richards Memorial Library! Children ages 3-17 will earn prizes and votes for their favorite zoo animal as they progress through a reading log. When they complete their log, they will also earn a raffle ticket for a big prize, like a Kindle Fire, an Unlikely Story gift card, or passes to Treetop Adventures, Launch, Level 99, and the Roger Williams Zoo.

The North Attleborough Cultural Council is pleased to announce the lineup of musicians for its 2026 Summer Concert series. Join us on Thursdays at 6:30 PM at the Town Hall gazebo throughout the summer to enjoy some live music beginning on July 2!

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy an evening of live entertainment in the heart of downtown North Attleborough.

Effective July 1, 2026, chickens will be allowed in residential districts! Those interested will have to have their coops inspected by the Animal Control Officer and the Health Department and obtain a license from the Town Clerk's office.

🐔 Let’s talk CHICKENS!

Beginning July 1, 2026 - North Attleborough’s new bylaw on backyard chickens takes effect.

What does this mean for you?

🐣The ability to keep chickens expands into all residential zones, with restrictions based on the size of the lot.

🐣 ALL chicken coops must be licensed annually through the Town Clerk’s office. This includes all currently active coops, including those in the R40 district.

🐣Roosters are prohibited in all zoning districts except R40.

🐣A pre-inspection by the ACO and Dept. Of Health will be required for all applicants.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health is advising consumers, retailers, and clinicians about multiple recent Salmonella outbreaks associated with recalled moringa-containing products, including powders, capsules, and other dietary supplements.

Consumers should check their homes for recalled dietary supplements containing moringa leaf powder. Recalled products include certain:

-TNVitamins Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood Moringa 10,000 mg capsules
-Doctor’s Pride Complete Green Superfood Ultra Potent Moringa 10,000 mg capsules
-Why Not Natural Pure Organic Moringa Green Superfood capsules
-Live it Up Super Greens supplement powders, including certain Original and Wild Berry products
-MOGO Pure Moringa Oleifera capsules

These products have been distributed nationwide, primarily online through company websites and other online retailers, including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Recalled products should not be eaten, sold, served, distributed, or purchased.
