Music in the Park is a free summer concert series held at The Stage at Riverside County Park in North Arlington. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for relaxing summer evenings filled with live music in a beautiful outdoor setting!

All concerts are FREE, begin at 7:00 PM, and guests are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.

The Queen of Peace Knights of Columbus invite the community to help celebrate a milestone anniversary at their 75th Birthday Celebration BBQ, marking the start of Summer 2026 with great food, friendly faces, and a great cause.

This event is Eat-In or Take-Out, and all proceeds will benefit the Council’s 2026 Special Needs Drive.

Menu Highlights
Enjoy a BBQ featuring:

Hot dogs, hamburgers & cheeseburgers
Sausages (hot or sweet)

Dessert & refreshments

Gluten-free options will also be available (prepared on a dedicated grill), including gluten-free hot dogs, burgers, cheeseburgers, sausages, and lemon pepper chicken.

The Borough of North Arlington is once again conducting its Summer Youth Work Program! This program is designed to give young people an opportunity to work alongside municipal employees and learn about local government. Participants earn $18.50 an hour. Work can include clerical or DPW assignments.

Applications will be accepted beginning at 2:15 on Tuesday, June 2. The application period will end at 4:00pm on Tuesday, June 2.

NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED OUTSIDE THIS TIME PERIOD.

Applicants should see Damaris Ortega in the Administration office on that day.
Applicant must register for the program in person. (No exceptions)
Applicants must list Social Security number and mobile phone number on application.
Applicant must be a student in High School (Including Class of 2026)
Applicants must attend an orientation meeting to be held on June 29

The North Arlington Mayor and Council are pleased to announce the return of the Youth Summer Program for 2026! This six-week program will be held at Allan Park, beginning the week of July 6, and is open to children in grades Kindergarten through 4th.

Registration is available to North Arlington residents only and must be completed in person with proof of residency.

Date: Tuesday, May 26
Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: North Arlington Senior Center
Important: If the program reaches capacity before 7:00 PM, registration will close and doors may be closed early.

Program Cost
$100 per week, which includes bowling on Fridays
Limited space available—registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
