The Village of Norridge is proud to announce that we have once again been awarded the Gold Water Ambassador Award by the Illinois Section American Water Works Association (ISAWWA), marking our fifth consecutive year receiving this prestigious recognition.

The Gold Water Ambassador Award recognizes communities that demonstrate excellence in water education, public outreach, and promoting awareness of the importance of safe and reliable drinking water.

Earning this award for five consecutive years reflects the Village's ongoing commitment to providing high-quality water service and keeping residents informed about their water system.

This achievement would not be possible without the dedication and hard work of our Public Works Department and staff, who work every day to ensure our community receives safe, reliable drinking water.

Congratulations to our team on this outstanding accomplishment, and thank you to our residents for their continued support.

👏 Recognizing Nearly Five Decades of Dedicated Service 👏

At our May 27th Village Board Meeting, Mayor Tannhauser and the Board of Trustees proudly recognized Gloria Kas for her incredible 49 years of service as a Registered Nurse at Norridge Gardens.

Throughout her career, Gloria has touched countless lives through her compassion, professionalism, and commitment to caring for others. In addition to her work at Norridge Gardens, she also served on the Board of the Norridge Senior Center, allowing her to further support and connect with so many members of our community.

Thank you, Gloria, for your unwavering dedication, kindness, and nearly five decades of service. Your contributions have made a lasting impact in the Village of Norridge and the many residents and families you have served over the years.
