It's Spooky Season in Norman! On Saturday, October 26th from 1pm-6pm, the Town of Norman will be having a Trunk or Treat at the Norman Stage! Come out to enjoy Live Music, Food Trucks, a Costume Contest, Free Candy, & Much More!

As everyone knows they are coming along with the new Dollar General. Should be open in the fall. So we all are excited about it when it opens. Can’t wait.

Thought I would let people know what we are in the process of doing. Trying to improve the looks of our town

NORMAN — The Richmond County Tax Department is foreclosing on an abandoned property that Norman Town Council members have called an “eyesore” on a well-traveled intersection.

To all people, as we all know with this virus that has stop a lot of things around us. As with Norman fest, we are said to say with the virus we feel it is necessary not to have Norman Fest this year. We are sorry to say this, but we feel it is best of interest to protect people. Further plans will be announced later. Thank you for understanding.

As we approach July of this year,we will be losing our mayor. He has chosen to not rerun as he feels like it is time to let somebody else take over. We hate to see him go at the town board. He will be miss,and let him know that he will be missed. We hope whoever takes his place can full fill his shoes as well as he did.
