Employee Appreciation Day! 🏈

Today we celebrated our Cleveland County employees who work hard and provide services to the public. We also had a safety presentation for employees about how to "stop the bleed" in an emergency situation.

We loved seeing everyone in their favorite team's gear as football season kicks off, and a big congratulations to this year's corn hole tournament winners, Commissioner Rusty Grissom and County Assessor Doug Warr! In second place were Blake and Olivia from the County Assessor's Office. Thank you to our grill masters and volunteers who made this possible!

**Employee Appreciation is allowed by law and this event was hosted during lunch hour, taken in shifts**

Encompass 2050 will be at the Norman Farm Market tomorrow to meet with residents on potential planning scenarios for Central Oklahoma's Metropolitan Transportation Plan.

The Metropolitan Transportation Plan is a long-term, community-driven guide for how Central Oklahoma invests in transportation to support people, places and future growth.

The plan addresses all modes of travel, including highways, transit, rail, biking, walking and freight, and provides a framework for investing federal and state transportation dollars over the next 25 years.

The plan is led by the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments in partnership with local jurisdictions and communities across Central Oklahoma.
