Through Operation School Bell®️, our volunteers help provide new clothing and school supplies to kids right here in our community who need it most. We have seen firsthand what it means to a child to walk into school feeling confident and ready to learn.

We cannot do this without our community. If you have ever thought about giving your time, we would love to have you join us as a volunteer. And if you are in a position to give, every donation goes directly toward helping a local child start the school year with dignity and confidence.

We’re back! 🎉 Operation School Bell®️ is officially back in session, and honestly? This is the moment we wait for all year!

Today we watched kids walk in a little unsure and walk out standing taller with new clothes, some great gently used finds and just a little more confidence to take back to the classroom. That’s the whole point. That’s why we do this.❤️

Getting to be a small part of a kid feeling ready for school is a gift every single time. Thank you to everyone who makes this possible! Our donors, the volunteers, the community that shows up year after year. This is what it’s all about. 💙❤️💙

Today, on National Nonprofit Day, we celebrate the power of people coming together to make a difference.

For more than 50 years, Assistance League Norman has been proud to serve our community through programs that provide new school clothing, books, comfort, essential supplies, and support to children and adults when they need it most.

From Operation School Bell® to Bears for Children, Book of My Own, Care Kits, Seniors R&R, and Assisteens®—our work is possible because of the generosity of our volunteers, donors, community partners, and friends.
