In case you haven’t heard by now, Mother Nature doesn’t think we have sweat enough this summer already. Tomorrow it’s going to get HOT, and it’s going to be hotter as the week goes on. Heat indices will be over 100°F by mid week. 🥵

If you’re working outside this week, drink plenty of water and take frequent breaks. Stay aware of signs and symptoms of heat exposure and heat stroke.
