Northeast Nebraska Area Agency on Aging The mission of the NENAAA is to assist older adults to remain independent and safe in their homes. There are eight Area Agencies on Aging in Nebraska.

Each is committed to providing a comprehensive and coordinated service system to older Nebraskans. The NENAAA service area is composed of 22 counties in Northeast Nebraska which covers 27,000 square miles. The participating counties/communities are:

We're moving right along to our Northeast Service Area!

Senior centers are wonderful places where older adults can fell welcomed, valued, and connected. They provide opportunities to make new friends, stay active, learn new things, enjoy fun activities, and access helpful resources. Most importantly, senior centers can help reduce loneliness and create a strong sense of community, friendship and belonging.
