Norfolk Lions Club of CT The Norfolk Lions Club of CT was established in 1951 as an entity through which a volunteer ambulance service could be established and maintained.

The Norfolk Lions Club was established in 1951 as an entity through which a volunteer ambulance service could be established and maintained. To this day, providing excellent emergency medical service to Norfolk and its surrounding towns remains the main focus of our club. Each year we send out the annual appeal letter to Norfolk households on behalf of the volunteer ambulance. In Norfolk, we provi

de funds for eye examinations for children unable to afford them, support for Project Graduation (a drug and alcohol free celebration for Regional #7 high school seniors), and scholarships for Norfolk students. In addition to our local projects, the Norfolk Lions join with Lions Clubs throughout the world to raise money to provide funds for research and aid for people with vision and hearing problems.
