At least 7.7% of Nebraskans are on programs like EBT and WIC.

And, because of the government shut down, there's a good chance that no one is getting EBT and WIC next month. If you can donate to the boxes on Prospect and/or Michigan (see previous post), it would help So Much! Please keep your neighbors in your hearts and minds during these times. Thank you.

I am no longer running the Food is Free box due to personal reasons. But it does appear another person is caring for it, and donations are still coming. Also, there is a second box on 15th and Michigan (923 S. 15th Norfolk Ne).
I've included some screenshots of the box and surrounding locations so you can find it. Thank you to everyone who donates, and let me know if you have any questions!

There's a lot of fun activities at the Norfolk Public Library going into this weekend, so I made sure there are some snacks for little hands to grab on the way there! There's also some popcorn to grab for a movie night treat, and someone left a couple boxes of instant oatmeal that look quite yummy! Healthy, and happy, snacking! ❤️😋

Hay muchas actividades divertidas en la Biblioteca Pública de Norfolk este fin de semana, así que me aseguré de que haya algunos bocadillos para que las manos pequeñas tomen en el camino.
