Huge congratulations to two of our outstanding Sailors on their recent achievements!
First, a big Bravo Zulu to Chief Operations Specialist Bryant on his end-of-tour award, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal. As the Learning Standards Officer from August 2023, Chief Bryant's leadership was pivotal in transforming the Director of Training’s standardization process. His efforts in developing new policies, procedures, and evaluation methods for 72 instructors and 61 advanced warfare training courses led to 48 instructor qualifications and 110 topic qualifications. His complete dedication to duty has directly improved instructor proficiency, curriculum accuracy, and the warfighting readiness of the Fleet.

We also want to extend a huge congratulations to Chief Sonar Technician (Surface) Cullumparker for earning her Master Training Specialist (MTS) qualification! This is a significant milestone that recognizes her expertise and dedication to training and developing Sailors.
Well done to both of you!
