In the five years since the March 16 Atlanta spa shootings, we remember the lives lost, honor the survivors, and stand with the families and communities forever impacted.

Over the past five years, our community has worked to turn pain into purpose while continuing the work toward safer and stronger communities.

This weekend, people from across the country will come to Atlanta to remember, reflect, and move forward together.

Together, we will honor the lives lost, reflect on issues impacting our communities, and celebrate resilience through student-led performances and artistic expressions. Let’s gather in solidarity and hope for a stronger future.

Honoring the eight innocent lives lost and the survivors of the Atlanta spa shootings two years ago today. Despite the tragedy, our communities came together in a powerful and meaningful way. We were reminded of the importance of standing against hate and discrimination, and inspired to create a more respectful and equitable world. Our hearts go out to the families and loved ones impacted by this tragedy. Let's continue to work towards that vision, honoring the memory of those we lost.
