-This pup has been picked up and will be at Montgomery County Animal Control.

This fella was found today and is currently at City Hall. Please call or come up to City Hall to claim (217) 563-2514.

Also- Pet tags are $5.00.

On Thursday the Water Department will be flushing hydrants on the north side of town.
You could experience discoloration in your water and low pressure.
Check for discoloration.
If you experience discoloration run the cold water until it runs clear.
Check before doing laundry.

** UPDATE** due to unforeseen circumstances they will start oiling and tomorrow morning. They will start at the wastewater plant at 8:00 A.M.***

Hamilton Street from Cedar to the Wastewater plant will be closed while they oil and chip the street today from about 10:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M.
