Remi is so close!!! She just met her 900 books read goal of our 1000 Books Before Kindergarten ! 🤗We are so excited for her!

REMINDER there is no Lapsit today, but there will be the first two Wednesdays in June. The program will then not start back up until around the time school begins again.
In the meantime, we recommend 1000 Books Before Kindergarten and/or, for those little ones ages 3 and older, our Summer Reading Program!

🐝 Celebrate the Buzz About Bees at LLCC–Litchfield!

Join us for a fun, educational, open-house style event all about honey bees, pollination, and local beekeeping! Stop by anytime and explore hands-on activities for all ages.

When: June 2nd from 10-12 pm
Where: LLCC-Litchfield
What to Expect:
• See bees in an observation hive
• Sample locally produced honey from Central Illinois
• Try an interactive activity to learn about pollen
• Chat with local beekeepers
• Adopt or readopt a beehive-bring 10 lb bag of sugar!

Do you want to get up close and inspect the hive?
If so, please wear long pants, long sleeves, and closed-toe shoes. Protective gear will be available.
