Thank you to the Mayor and Council of the City of Nogales, Arizona, for approving two Intergovernmental Agreements with Santa Cruz County that help enhance services for residents throughout our community.

The agreements continue the longstanding partnership between the City and County to provide countywide animal care and control and library services.

The Santa Cruz County Office of Emergency Management is actively coordinating with local, state, federal, and international partners in both the United States and Mexico to monitor the situation and ensure timely information sharing. Agencies are working closely together to assess conditions and maintain situational awareness as the incident develops.

At this time, residents are encouraged to remain aware of changing conditions and follow official sources for updates. Emergency Management will continue to provide information to the public as it becomes available.
