On behalf of the City of Nogales and its staff, we extend our deepest condolences on the passing of Mr. Cesar Parada. Mr. Parada passed away peacefully today, Sept. 1, 2026.

Born and raised in Nogales, AZ, Mr. Parada was a pillar of our community. He was deeply involved and loved in our community, having served as councilman and county supervisor. His dedication to public service was evident throughout his life, from his work as Lineman for Citizens Utilities, distinguished service as an Army SGT., and Commander for the American Legion. As well as being a Board Member of the Nogales National Little League. But not least, Mr Parada’s pride and joy, he was a 30 year member of the Nogales Volunteer Fire Department. Beyond his professional achievements, Cesar was a loving father, grandfather, and proud great-grandfather.

We lovingly remember Mr. Parada as a dedicated member and leader of our community, whose contributions and service will always be remembered.

Registration will remain open until all vendor spaces have been filled.

A maximum of 22 vendors will be accepted on a first come first served basis. No more applications will be accepted once the maximum number has been reached or after AUGUST 31, 2026 whichever comes first.
