Attention potential vendors! You will never be contacted via text message for payment. Invoices will come from our Civic Rec system or an HCPR employee. No payment is due at time of application submission. Once approved, vendors will be notified of approval and be sent an invoice for payment.

Vendor applications for the 27th Annual Potter's Bridge Fall Festival are now open!

Potter's Bridge Fall Festival will be on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 from 11:00 - 5:00 pm. This popular October event features live music, arts and crafts vendors, food booths, and beautiful scenic views along the White River Greenway.

2026 Festival Fee is $50.00 for one 10X10 booth space. Applicant may reserve a maximum of four spots.

Potter's Bridge Fall Festival will be on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 from 11:00 - 5:00 pm. This popular October event features live music, arts and crafts vendors, food booths, and beautiful scenic views along the White River Greenway.

2026 Festival Fee is $50.00 for one 10X10 booth space. Applicant may reserve a maximum of four spots. Applications will be posted online on January 16th at 8:00 a.m.

What a gorgeous day for Potter's Bridge Fall Festival! 🍂 The weather couldn't have been more perfect, and the turnout was incredible! We are so grateful to everyone who came out to enjoy delicious food, browse the amazing arts and crafts, and soak up those autumn vibes with us! Days like this remind us what community is all about!

📣KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!
🔸General Parking is located off Riverwood Avenue just north of Potter’s Bridge
🔸Accessible Parking is located at the Allisonville Road entrance.
🔸There will be NO PARKING along Allisonville Road or Potters Woods neighborhood.
🔸There will be signage, and staff will be on-site to direct traffic the day of the event.
