Noblesville Housing Authority The Noblesville Housing Authority administers and provides housing and community development services for all of Hamilton County, Indiana.

Under the Housing Choice Voucher Program, the Noblesville Housing Authority provides income based rental assistance to over 225 families. The Noblesville Housing Authority is also the administrator of the Community Development Block Grant Program for Hamilton County. Priorities of the program include expansion of the supply of safe, decent, affordable housing, strengthening of our community’s living environment, and the promotion of our community’s services that increase opportunities for economic self-sufficiency which benefit low and moderate income individuals and families.

We hope everyone is staying safe. Please follow the Hamilton County Emergency Management page for updates regarding the flooding and severe weather.

STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARED ⚠️

Hamilton County Commissioners have declared a State of Emergency as flooding continues to worsen. More than 30 roads are closed, the County is now under a Travel Watch, and the White River is expected to crest near 20 feet early Saturday - potentially higher with more rain in the forecast.

Please limit travel, stay away from high water, and never drive around barricades or through flooded roads.

☀️ Hamilton County will be under a Heat Advisory issued by the National Weather Service. The Heat Advisory starts at noon today and runs through Thursday at 8p.

A Heat Advisory means the Heat Index is expected to reach levels that feel dangerously hot once humidity is added in. It is serious enough to pose health risks.

High heat and humidity make it harder for your body to cool itself through sweating, which can quickly lead to heat exhaustion or even heat stroke if you do not take precautions.
