Happy Birthday to our Software Suite Manager, Erin!

Erin’s kind demeanor and dedication help keep our team and our community supported every single day. By managing the public safety software suite for all 17 Hamilton County agencies — including courthouse staff and dispatch — she plays a critical role behind the scenes in helping first responders and public safety professionals do their jobs effectively.

When Erin is not at work she may be getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her kids.

Please join us in wishing Erin a very Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday to Dispatch Supervisor Vinny!

Vinny is a strong leader on the floor but he also helps in training, hiring, and making sure those around him always feel supported. His dedication to both our team and our community does not go unnoticed.

When he’s away from work, you’ll likely find him spending time with family, watching a good horror flick, or catching a hockey game.

Please join us in wishing Vinny a very Happy Birthday!

Eleven years in this profession is no small milestone—it takes resilience, commitment, and a drive that not everyone has. Molly and Kevin may work different shifts, but they share that same dedication that has carried them through more than a decade of service.

Kevin has been a steady, quiet leader on the fire side. He’s the kind of teammate who makes those around him better—always willing to teach, always dependable, and always someone others can count on when it matters most.

Molly has been a consistent force on the team since day one, quickly stepping into training roles across police, fire, and calltaking. Her impact lives on in the many she has helped train, but also in the teamwork and standard she brings to every shift—whether she’s training or not.

Two different paths, one shared commitment. Congratulations to both of you on 11 years!
