That's a wrap! The City Hall remodel is officially complete. 🎉

We closed this chapter with a ribbon-cutting with the help of the, Nixa Chamber of Commerce followed by an open house to show people our enhanced customer service features. 🎀✂️

✅This project moved utility billing to City Hall, so you can reach more services under 1 roof.
✅ Expanded the Council Chambers to allow more space for meetings and community events.
✅Enhanced security for city staff.

We are also having a ribbon-cutting and open house to celebrate that the City Hall remodel is now complete. It starts at 5 pm. 🎀✂️🎊

📢We are excited to share that the process for reading your meters is getting an upgrade! 💡💧

Work has already begun on installing advanced metering infrastructure, or AMI.

AMI will streamline our processes and give our customers information on their usage by the hour, allowing you to monitor, adjust, or address any issues that may be causing higher usage.

Please know that when your meter is upgraded, you will experience a brief outage. You will also receive a door hanger letting you know the work has been done.
