This trial will show that lots of people had a part in this tragedy and failed these 20 souls. Many complained about the intersection...many complained about the lack of compliance and yet nothing was done till after the tragedy. The powers in this town and county are taking this same approach. They know they have a speeding issue on residential streets...we have told them. But they are choosing to ignore and, like the Nott Street project, waiting for tragedy to forces them to take action.

Heavy truck traffic on Dean Street allowed by leadership. No weight limits on Dean, only suggestion to avoid. A danger to residents of this residential neighborhood. This traffic also deteriorates the street at a much faster rate causing higher maintenance costs paid by residents (not the companies that are causing the damage. Residents have suggested weight limits to town and county leadership. Leadership has ignored those pleas.
