Join us Saturday, September 19th at 10:30 AM for the Grand Opening of the Tommesenia Floyd Nature-Based Stormwater Memorial Park!

Maybe you don’t know who Mrs. Tommie was. Maybe you’re wondering, “What in the world is a nature-based stormwater park?” Or maybe you’ve heard about the fossils that were discovered during construction and want to see what all the excitement is about!

Well, this is your chance to come out, learn a little history, hear the story behind Mrs. Tommesenia Floyd, learn about nature-based stormwater solutions, and discover a pretty fascinating piece of history that was found right here in Nichols!

Join us for our Soft Opening this Saturday, September 12th, from 12 PM–5 PM at 116 S. Main Street, Nichols, SC!

Come taste some of the fresh and flavorful favorites we’ll be serving, including our Fish Box, Fish Sandwich, and Shrimp Box. This will be a limited menu, but everything will be prepared with love and ready for you to enjoy! 💙🤠

🎉🎂 **If you see the man, the myth, the legend around town today… DO NOT let him slip by without wishing him a BIG ol’ HAPPY BIRTHDAY!** 🎉🎂

In a little town like Nichols, being Mayor means you’re not just Mayor… you’re the guy everybody knows, everybody can find, and apparently everybody has your phone number! 😂📱

Mayor Battle, thank you for all you do for our little town—and for continuing to care about Nichols, even when we keep you busy, keep you answering questions, and probably keep you wondering what in the world Nicole or Sandee is going to ask you about next! 😂

We may be a little town, but we are blessed to have someone who shows up and truly cares about our community.
