Our agency has 54 one-story duplex units located on Broadway, Cypress and East Maple Streets. Bedroom sizes range from one to four. Rents are based on the family's gross yearly income. Resident's pay 30% of their gross income for rent and utilities. We are federally funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Pre-applications are always accepted. Upon completion of the applica
tion, the family will be put on the waiting list. This is not a promise to house. When the family reaches the top of the waiting list, they will need to complete a full application and pass the eligibility and screening criteria.
