My son, and I, just got calls about the jury duty scam. The picture shows the numbers they are using. DO NOT answer or, if you do, do not follow their instructions. Tell them you are turning their number over to the real sheriff. Dont fall for this. I , as Circuit Clerk, am over the jury and we NEVER have the sheriff's department make calls and demand money from any juror.

Jurors, we will have a jury trial on Friday, December 13. Jurors with numbers 200 through 397 should report at 9am to 2nd-floor courtroom of the court complex at 107 N. Main where you used to get your drivers license. Now that the numbers have been posted, no juror can be excused except by the Judge on Friday morning in court. All other jurors, check back here after 5pm on Friday the 13th for more information.
