Big books, little books, and books for readers of all ages! The Friends of the Niceville Library BIG Book Sale returns Saturday at the Niceville Community Center, with plenty of books for children, teens, and adults. There’s also a Bake Sale while supplies last.

The sale runs from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a $5 Fill-A-Bag Sale during the final hour, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Friends members get first pick Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Memberships will be available at the door.

📚 Our BIG Book Sale is coming up! 📚

Join us Saturday, September 12th at the Niceville Community Center starting at 8:30 am! We'll have a Bake Sale, while supplies last, and a $5 Fill-a-Bag Sale during the last hour, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.

Friends of the Library members can get a first look during our Friends-Only Presale the evening before, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Not a member yet? No problem! Memberships will be available at the door.

Monday: 12 pm - 6 pm
Tuesday: 9 am - 6 pm
Wednesday: 9 am - 6 pm
Thursday: 9 am - 6 pm
Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 2 pm
Sunday: Closed

We’re celebrating 250 years of America with a fascinating look at the beginnings of the American Revolution. Dr. Brian Rucker of Pensacola State College will have you gripped in drama and intrigue as he discusses the outbreak of war in April 1775, the creation of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, the early struggles faced by the Patriots, and the pivotal battle that marked a turning point in 1777.

This free event takes place Monday, June 29th at 6 pm in the Niceville Community Center.
