Vivian Stuber Memorial Library

Vivian Stuber Memorial Library Hours: 1:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday. The Vivian Stuber Memorial Library began as a community project is 2007.

The library is named after longtime educator and Niangua resident, Vivian Stuber. The library board recently purchased the old Niangua Bank building to house the new, community library. Betty Day, Chairman
