How to follow City Council meetings in Niagara Falls

City Council meetings are filmed by the Niagara Falls High School Media Production crew and air on The Our Schools Channel (Spectrum 1302).
Replays run:
• Tue & Thu: 1 pm + 9 pm
• Fri & Sat: 9 am
• Sun: 12 pm

Reach out to City Council
The easiest time to get someone on the phone is Tuesday or Wednesday between 11 am and 3 pm.
Call 716-286-4301 and the Council Secretary will point you to the right person.
Want to speak at a meeting?
New rules took effect in April 2025.
To speak, sign in at least 10 minutes before the meeting starts — you must sign yourself in.
If you’re talking about legislative items, you can pick up to two.
Everyone gets three minutes.
Say your name, stick to your topic, and keep your comments focused on something that affects the community.
You can’t transfer your time to anyone else, and the chair can limit how many people speak on the same issue.
A full rule sheet is handed out at the meeting.

Regular meetings happen twice a month (except August).

Location: Council Chambers, City Hall, 745 Main Street.
