Keep your info up-to-date!

When you're moving out of temporary housing, be sure to alert each of your DSS caseworkers with your new address and housing costs.

Under the "One Agency Rule," once you provide new info to one unit at DSS, all other units should have access to that info, but sometimes it can take a bit for the updates to process.

Providing updated information as soon as it's available can help to ensure that your other benefits, such as temporary assistance or SNAP, are calculated correctly.
