Stucco project in Radnor. Windows have been reset, block work completed, wire lath and cement scratch coat finished. Cement brown coat, crack shield still to install before we can put the Parex elastomeric finish coat.

Some progress on this home. We have replaced the compromised plywood, installed our house wrap and started the window installation with the sill pan flashing that will help divert water away from the interior of the home.

New Pella windows are being installed at this property. Once the windows are properly installed and flashed, water intrusion should be significantly reduced. Additional energy efficiency gains are expected after insulation is installed in the jamb .

Demo is underway on this property. We are removing the stucco and block cladding to expose the sheathing and perform necessary repairs due to water intrusion caused by improper window flashing.
