What a beautiful day for the parade! ☀️🇺🇸

We had such a wonderful time escorting Pat the Patriot through the parade route and meeting so many incredible participants, families, and attendees along the way. The energy, community spirit, and smiling faces made for a truly memorable day.

Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday to celebrate and helped make the event so special. We loved being part of it and can’t wait for next year! ❤️🤍💙

🚧🇺🇸 REMINDER: TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES THIS SUNDAY – MAY 17, 2026 🇺🇸🚧

The City of Newton will be hosting the 250th Anniversary Parade this Sunday. Residents and visitors should expect temporary road closures, traffic delays, and parking restrictions along the parade route throughout the afternoon.

The pool has officially been uncovered after the long winter months, and the filtration system is up and running! Next up: shock treatment and balancing the water as we get everything ready for another amazing summer season.
