When child abuse is suspected, disclosed or reported, victims will find Ginnie’s House to be a child-friendly place that reduces further trauma by coordinating the child protection, law enforcement, prosecution, healthcare and mental health agencies. Few things are more traumatic to a child than being sexually or physically abused, assaulted or to witness a violent crime. For these unfortunate victims, Ginnie’s House Children’s Advocacy Center provides a safe, child-friendly environment. We are here to help children from feeling victimized all over again during the investigative process as they disclose the abuse they have suffered. Ginnie’s House is a New Jersey non-profit corporation that is otherwise known as the Sussex County Children’s Advocacy Center. And we are dedicated to increasing awareness of child abuse and how it can be prevented in our community. We are also nationally accredited and a full member of the National Children’s Alliance, which is located in Washington, D.C.

Posting on social media about past events... ok.. I'm a little slow at that sometimes... Here's the pics I received from volunteers who helped at the fair this year, launching our theme "Brave Buddies."
Each year, our volunteers get better and better- stepping up to help, learning more about our mission and spreading awareness of the free services we provide. AND... unlike this post... they're on time! :) This thanks is overdue, but I could never over-appreciate what a powerful force we have. Thank you, Volunteers and Junior Advocates!!!

Today is the last day to support your favorite local record shop (and ours, too!) AND support our work at Ginnie's House at the same time! 10% of sales will be donated to us. The Vinyl Chapter is also donating to Life with Joy. I mean... what other local business does this RIGHT from the start? Frankford, NJ — September 3, 2026 — The New Jersey State Fair®/Sussex County Farm & Horse Show Association is proud to announce that this year’s Fair was a great success – while patriotically celebrating both the 250th Anniversary of the USA and the 50th year since the Fair moved from Branchville to our current location in Frankford Township. The event continues to stand as New Jersey’s largest and most celebrated agricultural fair.
