The mission of the CPCF is to enhance the quality of services for Newton’s children, pre-birth through five years, and their families in a visible, productive, culturally sensitive and accessible manner. The Council will support families by maintaining and increasing communication and collaboration among programs and agencies serving young children and their families. CPCF will help families with:


- Accessing state financial assistance for early childhood education and care services.
- Getting information about services available in the community, including referrals.
- Finding parent workshops about family education and literacy
- Referrals to Parent Child Home Program, and in-home early literacy program.
