Crank up the tunes and blast those beats, because the results are in - music is good for you!

Music can soothe the brokenhearted, motivate runners, and kickoff the most epic dance parties, but it also has some serious scientific benefits for our health and overall well-being.

Listening to music has been shown to improve memory functioning, increase the rate of healing, improve your workouts, and more.

MUSIC HELPS YOU HEAL! Studies showed that patients recovering from back surgery had increased rates of healing and reported less pain when music was incorporated into the standard rehabilitation process!

MUSIC REDUCES STRESS & EASES ANXIETY! A Stanford University study found that listening to music can change brain functioning to the same extent as medication. WOW! Music is widely available and an inexpensive way to reduce stress.

MUSIC IMPROVES SLEEP! Study participants have shown statistically significant improvements in sleep quality and a decrease in depressive symptoms. Interestingly, there are no statistically significant changes in audiobook listening.
