Newton residents currently benefit in a big way from already established shared municipal services that keep high quality town services intact while stretching the taxpayer dollar.

We currently have shared service agreements with many entities.

We partner with:
Hardyston Township’s Construction Department
Green Township for Municipal Court
Frankford Township for Animal Control
Montague for Tax Collection
And the Newton Board of Education for facilities and equipment

Hi Newton Voters, this week you’ve received two very different mailers. One from our team that has a positive tone and lists goals that we intend to accomplish to continue to better the Town of Newton.

The other was from two candidates that is negative, filled with lies, and false rhetoric. This team claims there is reckless spending and no transparency. First and foremost, there is NO reckless spending and everything the Council does is transparent.

So, let’s set the record straight. These individuals have personally cost Newton taxpayers thousands of dollars in legal fees due to property maintenance issues, repeatedly has law enforcement at their house because they can’t get along with their neighbors, and one is even lying about their place of residence.

Please get out and vote on Tuesday, November 8th.

Who do you want representing you and the Town of Newton? Proven leadership who loves our town and has a track record of accomplishments or people who are negative, hate this town, and who are not truthful?

Grants have saved Newton taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars in the last few years alone and more is on the way!

“During the last 15 years, Newton has re-energized what was once a limited grant award program into a robust pursuit which has translated into millions of dollars generated for improvement projects and infrastructure support throughout the community. And town officials say they are far from done.”
