General James Taylor Park is located in Newport, Kentucky at the confluence of the Ohio and Licking rivers with a wonderful view of the Cincinnati skyline. This park has walking access to the Ohio and Licking river banks. It is used as a local fishing spot and a launch point for canoes and kayaks. Park amenities include: playground, picnic tables, benches, shelter, grill, swing, and paved parking lot

We will update a few items here so you can find some access to information that the City of Newport has provided to the public. Also, look out for some articles we will forward into the page as the park will be undergoing quite the makeover in the next few years.
