Belcourt In Newport Belcourt built in 1891-1894 by Richard Morris Hunt. This page is about the Real Belcourt Castle. The truth is always something that prevails.

Belcourt was bought by the Tinney family in 1956. The name changed later to Belcourt Castle whilst the Tinney family remained in ownership. The house was sold on 2012 by Harle Tinney to be renamed Belcourt once again. No business was sold and truly Belcourt Castle and what the Tinney family contributed to the City of Newport can never be replicated again, the family gave so much back.
