MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

A regular meeting of the Campbell County Fiscal Court will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET / 8:00 AM CT, Campbell County Courthouse, 8352 East Main Street, Alexandria, Kentucky. The Campbell County Fiscal Court will make all reasonable efforts to livestream the meeting on the Campbell Media website. The livestream is provided strictly as a courtesy, and the Fiscal Court meeting will still occur in the event of any technical difficulties with the livestream. Public comment is not accepted via the livestream and must either be made in person or emailed to [email protected] by 4:00 PM ET / 3:00 PM CT on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Any video recording of the Fiscal Court meeting will be available for viewing by Campbell Media on the Campbell Media's website.

The Campbell County Fiscal Court will make every reasonable accommodation to assist qualified disabled persons and persons with limited English proficiency (LEP) in accessing available services, or in attending Fiscal Court activities. If there is a need for the Fiscal Court to be aware of a specific requirement, you are encouraged to contact this agency at 859-547-1803 prior to the activity so that suitable arrangements can be considered for delivery of the service.

𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲/𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗲 paused on Memorial Day to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day is a time to remember the members of our military who died defending the freedoms we enjoy every day. Their courage and sacrifice made it possible for all of us to live, work, and raise our families in safety.

Across Campbell County, families gathered, flags flew high, and many of us took a quiet moment to give thanks. We are grateful to every service member who answered the call, and we hold their families close in our hearts.

To those who served and never came home, we will always remember you.

Campbell County Fiscal Court offices and the County Administration Building will be closed on Monday, May 25, in honor of the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 26.

𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲/𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳

Campbell County Judge/Executive Steve Pendery and the Campbell County Fiscal Court reviewed the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2027. Finance Director and Treasurer Laura Lewis presented the plan, which outlines how the county expects to manage and spend public money in the year ahead.

A fiscal year is the 12-month period a government uses to plan its budget. The county's next fiscal year runs from July 2026 through June 2027.

👷Overnight Traffic Impacts on Memorial Parkway in Campbell County👷

Beginning tonight (Monday, May 18), we'll be resurfacing a 2.2 mile stretch of Memorial Parkway from Wilson Road to near Highlands High School.

Base failure work will begin on Monday. This work will take place between the hours of 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. Expect various single lane closures with flaggers guiding traffic safely through the work zone. This work is being performed at night to mitigate traffic delays.

Milling and paving operations have not yet been scheduled. Once scheduled, we'll let you know on here and our District 6 Roadshow!

This resurfacing project also entails two other roads in Campbell County:

1️⃣Mary Ingles Highway ( KY 8 ) from KY 445 to Maple Street: this portion of the project has been completed.
2️⃣Grand Avenue (KY 1892) from South Fort Thomas Avenue (KY 1120) extending north to Churchill Drive: crews have been performing curb repairs on this stretch of road over the past few weeks. Milling and paving operations have not yet been scheduled.

The overall project is expected to be completed by Aug. 1, 2026.

• Responsible for routine maintenance and repair of park grounds and recreational areas
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred, along with prior grounds or facility maintenance experience
• Part-time, 23 hours per week
• Pay: $19.80 per hour
