Facade and home repair grants are now available in Newport.

The City of Newport is partnering with ReNewport & Habitat for Humanity to help residents and business owners invest in their properties. Residential repair grants will be administered by Habitat for Humanity and accepted on a rolling basis.

Business facade grants will be jointly administered by ReNewport and the City, with Round 1 applications due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026.

For over 28 years, a passion for gardening and desire for unique ideas have enticed thousands of visitors to tour the captivating gardens showcased in Newport making it one of the most popular garden tours in the Greater Cincinnati area.

On June 6 & 7 (10am - 4pm) will be the 28th Newport Garden Walk sponsored by the East Row Garden Club in the East Row Historic District, the second largest local historic district in KY.

Be sure to save time for a visit the vendor market - centralized on the lawn of St. John’s United Church at Park Avenue and Nelson Place.
