Recently, COI Flanders, COI Lacasse, and COI Baldwin received recognition from Facilities & Operations Manager Groner for their outstanding commitment to safety, accountability, and professional correctional practices.

Through their consistent enforcement of facility and unit rules and their diligence in documenting violations through minor disciplinary reports, these officers play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment for both staff and those in our custody.

Effective correctional work goes beyond addressing issues in the moment, it requires thorough documentation and a commitment to accountability.
